We are sorry to inform our loyal online customers that due to new regulations signed into law under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 we will no longer offer SHIPPING of any products. Congress amended the “Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT ACT) also known as the “Jenkins Act of 1949” to apply to all e-cigarettes and vaping products. Our website will remain active and you will be able to place online orders however they will not be shipped, they will be pulled and made ready for “Local Pickup Only”.

RETURNS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED
NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUID.
NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS, COILS OR CARTOMIZERS
ITEMS FOUND TO HAVE A MANUFACTURE DEFECT WILL BE REPLACED WITH SAME PRODUCT. IF WE NO LONGER HAVE THE SAME PRODUCT AN ITEM EQUAL TO OR GREATER IN VALUE WILL BE ISSUED IN ITS PLACE.
THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 30 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.
PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.
Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.
Disposable e-cigarette are not eligible for exchange or refund unless DOA.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure:
We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value
COMO VAPOR shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable Missouri sales tax for all orders.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, COMO VAPOR shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
