We try to answer every phone call however if we are unable to speak to you directly please leave a message or try your call at another time. You can also contact us via email and we will respond to you in the order that the email was received. Our customer service hours are Monday – Friday 11am to 5pm Central Standard Time Zone.

Shipping:

Standard shipping within the United States is typically completed by USPS priority mail which will include tracking (alternative shipping methods maybe used as needed without notice) If you require overnight shipping please call and speak to customer service staff to discuss pricing and availability.

 

International Customers:

If you require international shipping please call and speak to customer service staff to discuss pricing and availability. You are solely responsible for all dutie charges, import fees or other fees charged by your local customs or import office. Please be sure to know the rules of your country regarding importing electronic cigarettes, e-liquid and accessories. We cannot be held responsible for delays in transit that are out of our control.

Credit Cards:

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon submission of your order.

Multiple Product Orders:

We will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will be charged for all products at time of purchase. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt if an order is split into multiple shipments.

 

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks:

We do not accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks or company checks.

 

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. COMO VAPOR reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

 

Out of Stock Items:

In most cases we will update our website if a product is out of stock and or unavailable as soon as possible. We will ship your product as it becomes available. Orders usually ship within 24 hours of receipt but may be delayed due to arriving shipments that contain products that you have ordered. Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday may not ship until the following Monday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the COMO VAPOR website. You may unsubscribe from this news list by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email received.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether COMO VAPOR signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
You certify that by purchasing products from this website that you are at least 18 years old or older. You certify that the sale, purchase and or use of electronic cigarettes are legal in the state, city that you reside. Purchasing or giving electronic cigarettes to minors is prohibited by law.

 

You agree that no claims about safety, health benefits or uses for the products were specifically stated by COMO VAPOR.

You assume all liability for proper use of the products purchased from COMO VAPOR.

COMO VAPOR will not be held liable for any personal and/or property damage, illness, injury or financial loss caused by the use of the products or inability to use the products purchased from MVL.

Products sold by COMO VAPOR have not been reviewed by the FDA and are not intended to treat, diagnose, prevent or cure any disease.

Comments/reviews posted by visitors or customers of COMO VAPOR or associated websites do not represent the opinion of COMO VAPOR or its employees or representatives.

 

 

RETURNS, REPAIRS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

Please read and understand our warranty and return policy before placing an order.

 

THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ISSUED ONCE AN ORDER HAS SHIPPED

 

NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGE OR RETURNS ON E-LIQUID.

 

NO WARRANTY ON ATOMIZERS, COILS OR CARTOMIZERS

 

EXCHANGE PARTS WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE ORIGNAL PART IS RETURNED TO COMO VAPOR AND EVALUATED. AN ITEM FOUND TO HAVE A MANUFACTURE DEFECT WILL BE REPLACED WITH SAME PRODUCT. IF WE NO LONGER HAVE THE SAME PRODUCT AN ITEM EQUAL TO OR GREATER IN VALUE WILL BE ISSUED IN ITS PLACE.

 

SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE FOR PARTS RETURNED TO COMO VAPOR.

 

THE DEFAULT WARRANTY PERIOD FOR ALL PRODUCTS IS 30 DAYS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION.

 

PLEASE TEST ALL PRODUCTS UPON RECEIPT. THE WARRANTY PERIOD EXPIRES WHETHER YOU TEST IT OR NOT.

 

Products that are functional, not sold by COMO VAPOR, determined to be out of warranty or damaged by misuse will be sent back without exchange.

 

Eligibility for repairs or exchanges is limited to products determined to have manufacturing defects or premature failure. Products that are damaged through misuse, negligence, and abuse or modified or repaired by anyone other than COMO VAPOR are not eligible for exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

E-Liquid Policy:

Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.

 

Fulfillment Errors:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and if you feel there is an error please contact COMO VAPOR immediately. Requests to correct fulfillment mistakes that are made by COMO VAPOR resulting in your receipt of incorrect or missing items in your order will be accepted for 14 days after the receipt of your order.

Disposable E-Cigarettes:

Disposable e-cigarette kits are not eligible for exchange or refund unless DOA. Contact COMO VAPOR within 14 days of receipt of your order if you feel you have received a DOA disposable e-cigarette.

Return, Repair, Exchange Processing Procedure:

We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and we want to help you resolve issues as quickly as possible.

 

Your timely return of products in question will help us expedite resolving the issue. In the event that we do not have a product in stock we will send a like product of equal or greater value

 

Shipping Policy:

Shipping Time — Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by COMO VAPOR or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

 

Priority Shipping:

Priority shipping is an expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.

Customs, Duties, VAT:

Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at COMO VAPOR and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how you will pay them.

Missing and Delayed shipments:

We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations.

 

Taxes:

COMO VAPOR shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable Missouri sales tax for all orders.

 

Typographical error:

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, COMO VAPOR shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
